Course Description

This suite covers key EPA and DOT regulations. The first half explains the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), which establishes requirements for managing solid and hazardous waste from generation through transport to final treatment or disposal. The second half focuses on hazardous materials transportation, highlighting the risks these materials pose and providing trainees with essential knowledge of regulations enforced by the DOT’s Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration.
