Course Description

Workers in hazardous waste operations and emergency response (HAZWOPER) face complex challenges that impact the safety of people and the environment. These courses teach how workers can protect themselves while helping others during hazardous material incidents. The suite is ideal for industrial and laboratory employees, maintenance staff, and first responders. It provides 7 hours of online instruction and, with job aids and tests, can meet OSHA’s 8-hour requirement.
